PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I chose this program because I think it gives the most value for my money. It's affordable considering that it boasts of quite an impressive list of features. It has reduced most of my manual tasks, and I continue to discover new benefits as I explore it further.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

TenantCloud is not exactly user-friendly. I've lost some of my prospects simply because this program asked way too many questions from them. User-experience is not smooth and tenants often get stuck trying to figure their way out of a page. So far I've been able to figure out a way to avoid these issues, but it would be nice if the developers would look into this further. So far, it does not provide the best user experience to my tenants.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Admittedly, I could choose to drop TenantCloud and find other more user-friendly solutions. However, it has a suite of tools that makes my work so much easier. Accounting and payment collection are just some of the things that it assists me with.
