What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using this program for years now, and I can't imagine running my business without its help. It has made things a lot easier for me. I admire the dedication of their developers to make sure that the features continue to be relevant to their users. Even my tenants love the convenience that this program provides. The non-tech savvy ones can easily navigate through it and make payments online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's hard not to be able to simply dial their support team for help. I'd have to file a ticket for every issue that I encounter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My processes are now automated and efficient.
