Simplifies communication between owners and managers

What are the best aspects of this product?

The transparency that this program provides is second to none. All of the information I need is just within reach. I don't have to go through a series of red tapes just to access data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if TenantCloud could provide a more seamless communication platform between all parties involved. Right now, I don't get notified of updates in real-time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how I don't have to bother anyone for files that I want to look into. If I need to do a check on the accounting or the background of a specific tenant, for example, I can easily log in to the software and retrieve the data.
