What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, what makes this program stand out from its competitors is its affordability. It does not have hidden charges. If you're looking for a good value for your money, you won't go wrong with this one. It's clean and easy to learn also. I also love how it easily keeps up with the times because developers often upgrade it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The customer support aspect of this program is not that great. For one, they would rather answer issues via a filing of tickets. Not only does this take up too much of our time, but we also get templated responses too. A lot of time and headache would be spared if they just allow voice communication between their reps and us users. Another issue I have is with their mobile application. It's very clunky. Plus, it requires me to input my login credentials every time I want to get into the system. It's such a hassle.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The reports are pretty insightful and complete. Not to mention, we can conduct most of our transactions online, erasing the need for manual work.
