What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that stands out to me is how simple this tool is. Navigating it is so easy to do, and yet the functions and features that come with it are incredibly robust. Widgets add even more to the existing dashboard. I also really like how exceptional this is when it comes to documentation. With this, I can monitor behavior on social media, record the audio and video of user activity and export it, screenshot a user window, and even track an email. Another great feature that I've discovered is how it defines anomalous behavior, as well as how it comes up with monitoring rules. I also like how this tool has made it easy to deal with security breaches, since the DLP team get a notification in real-time when such a breach happens. The team behind the tool was also on hand to make sure that installation went swimmingly and the deployment to the cloud was easy. I also like how this tool has made performance appraisals more data-driven affairs, as we can now analyze productivity through a dashboard that looks at corporate policy, social media, apps, and websites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind that I would consider a negative. Whenever we need a tool that would help out in a forensice audit, this is the one I go to since it is so great at employee monitoring.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really given us the confidence that our data is secure and that we meet compliance standards. We stay on top of user activity, and the rule-based risk analysis that the tool brings allows us to immediately see whenever our company policies are being violated or whether our business is at risk.
