PROS: There are multiple things that I like about this tool. For one thing, it is very user-friendly and the interface can be navigated easily. I was also able to utilize it for the fulfillment of employee requirements as well as managing the growth of employees, ensuring that they don't feel like they're in a dead end career. This tool was also really good at data collection, which is essential in my line of work.

CONS: I think there are still a number of options that can be included in this tool to further improve it. One thing that I think could be improved is the speed with which the tool runs. It can get laggy whe logging into the interface, and I would really like an improvement made in that area in future versions of the tool.

PROS: I have to say that this is the best choice among the similar tools I've encountered, and it's thanks to a number of reasons. For one, it is very use-friendly. Setting it up can also be done very quickly since installation is very simple. I also commend the fact that so far, all the data I've collected using the tool, as well as the reports I've made, have all come out exceptionally well. Administration is also a breeze. Configuring this tool is very simple to do and requires a minimum of fuss, and one of that it effectively supervises your PC as well. I did encounter some problems when I first started using it that required me to add AV exclusions and a firewall, but overall this tool has been very useful for me.

CONS: There are a number of things that I find problematic about it, such as the price tag. I feel like for what they want the tool to be, it is priced a bit steeply. It works well for what I need it for, but I can see problems popping up if corporations start using this. I also feel like their customer support team could definitely make some improvements. I have been trying to see if there is a way to get a reason for interruptions in reporting, but the customer support team has not been very helpful. I still haven't heard from them about my concern. Related to that, there aren't many ways that the customer support team can be reached. You can only email them or send a message through chat, and I've found that it isn't really helpful when looking for solutions since it would require multiple interactions.

PROS: I have been looking for a tool like this for a long time and encountering it now is a really great experience. I like how convenient it is, and how flexible it is when it comes to customizations. It's got a really wide range of functions that are sure to benefit any business that uses it.

CONS: I've encountered some bugs in the system, but I don't think it's any different from any other product out there. It also helps that these minor flaws I've discovered have always been corrected immediately.

PROS: I really like that its reporting capabilities are very robust and can really go deep. Another thing that I really appredciate is how configurable the tool is. I can set up rules and alerts that are tailored to meet my needs.

CONS: i think the strength of this tool is also its weakness. There is so much potential and capabilities in its features, but that can be overwhelming to someone who isn't necessarily tech savvy.

PROS: There are a number of things I like about this. For one thing, I can install it either on a Windows or a Mac. It's also great for a company with a remote workforce since it is cloud-based, making it easy for workers to do their job even outside of the office. It has also helped us out with complying to frameworks and regulations.

CONS: I think it could be made more compatible with more devices, because what we've discovered is that deploying it from employee devices can be a tricky affair.

PROS: Thanks to this tool, I've really been able to take a look at the schedules of our employees, as well as their activities, and stay on top of them when it comes to tracking. I am never caught off-guard by anything because I always have the data collected by this tool to reference.

PROS: I think this tool performs exceptionally well, even in comparison to other similar tools around the world. It works really great when it comes to collection and capturing employee data, and it is compatibale to a lot of processes. It is very accessible, so even if I am working remotely or am on the go I can still track and see which employees are doing the work, how they work, and make a data-based decision come appraisal time.

CONS: Should updates be made, I think there should be a number of additional features included, such as employee staging. I'd like to see that in a future version of this tool.

PROS: I like how this tool collects work data, as well as how it manages employee segmentation. As an employee monitoring software, we've been able to use this to fulfill necessary requirements.

CONS: I have a lot of probems with the speed of the tool. It takes quite some time before videos are downloaded. There should also be a number of other features added to the Mac integration of this tool so that it works just as well as the PC version. I'd also appreciate getting notifications when issues pop up, as well as a quicker resolution to those issues.

PROS: The thing that stands out to me is how simple this tool is. Navigating it is so easy to do, and yet the functions and features that come with it are incredibly robust. Widgets add even more to the existing dashboard. I also really like how exceptional this is when it comes to documentation. With this, I can monitor behavior on social media, record the audio and video of user activity and export it, screenshot a user window, and even track an email. Another great feature that I've discovered is how it defines anomalous behavior, as well as how it comes up with monitoring rules. I also like how this tool has made it easy to deal with security breaches, since the DLP team get a notification in real-time when such a breach happens. The team behind the tool was also on hand to make sure that installation went swimmingly and the deployment to the cloud was easy. I also like how this tool has made performance appraisals more data-driven affairs, as we can now analyze productivity through a dashboard that looks at corporate policy, social media, apps, and websites.

CONS: Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind that I would consider a negative. Whenever we need a tool that would help out in a forensice audit, this is the one I go to since it is so great at employee monitoring.

PROS: I like a number of things about this tool. For one thing, the Admin dashboard is really user-friendly. In fact, the software in general is user-friendly, as well as being quick and reliable. Another thing I like about this is how quickly I can respond and act on employee feedback and responses. I like the automation link the administrators have access to, and I also appreciate how this tool has made it easier to track productivity. FInally, I like the privacy features it provides users, as well as the feature that allows for sensitive data to be redacted.

CONS: Installing can be quite tedious because of manual setting and issues with compatibility. The user interfae could use some updating, and data syncs could be quicker.

PROS: When it comes to tracking and reporting, I think this tool is up there with regards to usefulness and effectivity. I like how it can be installed silently, so that employees being monitored aren't aware of what's being done. This tool has also enabled us to provide management reports to our clients on a regular basis, and this is all thanks to the reporting feature that goes really in depth. Finally, customer support can be easily reached via chat or email.

CONS: While the customer support team is easy to reach, I do have to admit that resolving issues and problems can take some time. Because you can only reach them via chat or email, it usually takes several conversations before an issue is fully resolved. I am also really irritated at the fac that I can get logs or data about an outage whenever it occurs. I've approached the customer support team about this and so far I have not gotten a response.

PROS: I really like how well this works as an employee monitoring tool. I can easily see if false hours are being logged. Keeping track of what my employees do with their time, especially when they are working remotely, has never been easier.

CONS: I think the module for licensing could be more intuitive, as I have often discovered that duplicate entries have been created without my knowledge. This is definitely one area that could be improved in future versions.
