What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been looking for a tool like this for a long time and encountering it now is a really great experience. I like how convenient it is, and how flexible it is when it comes to customizations. It's got a really wide range of functions that are sure to benefit any business that uses it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've encountered some bugs in the system, but I don't think it's any different from any other product out there. It also helps that these minor flaws I've discovered have always been corrected immediately.
