What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things I like about this. For one thing, I can install it either on a Windows or a Mac. It's also great for a company with a remote workforce since it is cloud-based, making it easy for workers to do their job even outside of the office. It has also helped us out with complying to frameworks and regulations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it could be made more compatible with more devices, because what we've discovered is that deploying it from employee devices can be a tricky affair.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest thing this tool has helped us out with is enabling us to comply with audits. Another thing that we were helped out with is how easy it is now to lock out a machine if we discover any activity we consider suspicious.
