What are the best aspects of this product?

I think this tool performs exceptionally well, even in comparison to other similar tools around the world. It works really great when it comes to collection and capturing employee data, and it is compatibale to a lot of processes. It is very accessible, so even if I am working remotely or am on the go I can still track and see which employees are doing the work, how they work, and make a data-based decision come appraisal time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Should updates be made, I think there should be a number of additional features included, such as employee staging. I'd like to see that in a future version of this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, our company now has an efficient and effective module for HR.
