It’s up there when it comes to monitoring software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this tool collects work data, as well as how it manages employee segmentation. As an employee monitoring software, we've been able to use this to fulfill necessary requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a lot of probems with the speed of the tool. It takes quite some time before videos are downloaded. There should also be a number of other features added to the Mac integration of this tool so that it works just as well as the PC version. I'd also appreciate getting notifications when issues pop up, as well as a quicker resolution to those issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a real help to us when it comes to HR management.
