Really keeps track of hours worked

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how well this works as an employee monitoring tool. I can easily see if false hours are being logged. Keeping track of what my employees do with their time, especially when they are working remotely, has never been easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the module for licensing could be more intuitive, as I have often discovered that duplicate entries have been created without my knowledge. This is definitely one area that could be improved in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reviewing employee performance is now easier and more accurate since this tool allows us to monitor the work that our employees put in. Performance appraisals are now data-based and we make sure that our employees are aware of this.
