What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like that its reporting capabilities are very robust and can really go deep. Another thing that I really appredciate is how configurable the tool is. I can set up rules and alerts that are tailored to meet my needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

i think the strength of this tool is also its weakness. There is so much potential and capabilities in its features, but that can be overwhelming to someone who isn't necessarily tech savvy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One area that has really improved thanks to this tool is the productivity of our employees. They are prevented from visiting sites that are necessary for work by the tool, so they are made to focus on the job at hand. This has also improved our client relationships since we can also use it to remotely access client computers and help them resolve issues. Spam and phishing emails have also been easier to get rid of thanks to this tool.
