Robust monitoring tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it keeps me on top of user log activity. Even from my own PC, I can access needed data and that makes my work so easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their pricing structure could definitely be improved. Maybe monthly charges should be made based on the packet and not for the number of users?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, our company is so much mor secure now.
