What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say that this is the best choice among the similar tools I've encountered, and it's thanks to a number of reasons. For one, it is very use-friendly. Setting it up can also be done very quickly since installation is very simple. I also commend the fact that so far, all the data I've collected using the tool, as well as the reports I've made, have all come out exceptionally well. Administration is also a breeze. Configuring this tool is very simple to do and requires a minimum of fuss, and one of that it effectively supervises your PC as well. I did encounter some problems when I first started using it that required me to add AV exclusions and a firewall, but overall this tool has been very useful for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a number of things that I find problematic about it, such as the price tag. I feel like for what they want the tool to be, it is priced a bit steeply. It works well for what I need it for, but I can see problems popping up if corporations start using this. I also feel like their customer support team could definitely make some improvements. I have been trying to see if there is a way to get a reason for interruptions in reporting, but the customer support team has not been very helpful. I still haven't heard from them about my concern. Related to that, there aren't many ways that the customer support team can be reached. You can only email them or send a message through chat, and I've found that it isn't really helpful when looking for solutions since it would require multiple interactions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool ran very quietly, which is really what one should expect from a product that's supposed to do monitoring secretly. I found it even more impressive considering that I was working with such a huge volume of data. Aside from acquiring the necessary data, I also found it easy to install and configure this tool for my needs.
