What are the best aspects of this product?

I like a number of things about this tool. For one thing, the Admin dashboard is really user-friendly. In fact, the software in general is user-friendly, as well as being quick and reliable. Another thing I like about this is how quickly I can respond and act on employee feedback and responses. I like the automation link the administrators have access to, and I also appreciate how this tool has made it easier to track productivity. FInally, I like the privacy features it provides users, as well as the feature that allows for sensitive data to be redacted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Installing can be quite tedious because of manual setting and issues with compatibility. The user interfae could use some updating, and data syncs could be quicker.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we now have a really effective HR module.
