Very user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are multiple things that I like about this tool. For one thing, it is very user-friendly and the interface can be navigated easily. I was also able to utilize it for the fulfillment of employee requirements as well as managing the growth of employees, ensuring that they don't feel like they're in a dead end career. This tool was also really good at data collection, which is essential in my line of work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think there are still a number of options that can be included in this tool to further improve it. One thing that I think could be improved is the speed with which the tool runs. It can get laggy whe logging into the interface, and I would really like an improvement made in that area in future versions of the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, managing our human resources is now much more easier. We can now also monitor activity and work with a full DLP system.
