TestRail is a powerful platform that features a seamless interface and functional configurations. It helps produce detailed reports too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have found an error when we edit test cases especially those that are already on a test run. When we make updates after editing, the test case goes out from the test run; back to its initial location.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TestRail allows configuration that helps us assign roles, permissions and type of permissions to every test case. This is useful for tagging detailed metadata on each test case we handle. AS a result, we can make quality security test runs according to such details.
