What are the best aspects of this product?

TestRail has a functional milestone feature that you can link with test runs or while planning, particularly when running a regression. This allows me to make test plans depending on every software or feature. In addition, it works smoothly with JIRA, which is great for tracking purposes in each project. This is helpful for all stakeholders to get accurate info from the projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The left pane of TestRail interface cannot be collapsed, which could have been better similar to its right area. This helps in making the UI look neat and organized since we can easily hide and unhide sections. It is also great so we only see one or a few tests at a time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TestRail makes it easy for us to make the test plans for each project easy to view. All of the members of our team and even our stakeholders love this leverage. It makes error tracking super convenient, then we can instantly determine if it is a problem with the test or with the production.
