What are the best aspects of this product?

TestRail is reliable enough for managing a huge number of projects. We can run tests without problems, then upload or verify them as a team. We can check every test automatically, especially that TestRail tells us which test has passed, failed or hasn’t pushed through. Then, all data shows on reports that we can share.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have noticed a problem when transferring test cases into a different folder. There are moments when test statuses questionably disappear.
