What are the best aspects of this product?
When you compare with other similar applications, TestTrack is better off. It helps to customize and create workflows in such a way that you can manage it with ease. This allows you to create proper tickets depending on the business units. The workflow manager feature equips you with the right tools for tracking and tracing tickets within thesystem. It also helps you to print different workflows in the form of charts so that you can view them in hard copies. Also, integration with .NET is possible which adds to its efficiency.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although the tool works fine to help projects move forward, there are still some frustrating bits that need improving. Some features are not intuitive which gives the clients a hard time while using the product. Also, tickets for workflow may not move automatically which means that at times, you have to do it yourself manually. This can be frustrating and time consuming. It would be nice if the features were simpler as this would eliminate some lags.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have become more efficient in our work. Everything runs smoothly due to proper ticketing of workflow. We are able to eliminate delays and save time in attending issues within the organization. It is highly agile to workflows and produces tickets that are easy to manage if you have the right grasp of how the tool works. If well configured, you can reap the most out of it.
