The search feature in this tool is not only powerful but reliable. You can filter your search when looking for tickets through a long list by keywords. It makes it easy for you to find what want. This allows you to solve problems and use the tool without many glitches. TestTrack utilizes both keywords and filters to give you a stress-free search experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to ticketing or creating a ticket, the tool is not as efficient. We expected that it saves the details of the ticket automatically even when you are not logged in. however, it does not do so. You have to be logged in for the ticket to be saved. If you leave in the middle of creating a ticket and the tool logs you out, you will lose all your work as it will not be saved. This can be frustrating and tiring. It would be better if the ticket could be saved automatically once you are logged out to save time and effort.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now able to link the bugs with the QA for our test runs. This has allowed us to be more efficient as we can know what the problem is with our software during the developmental stages. We know where to develop and areas to concentrate on and thus save the time to give us a hustle-free experience. It speeds up the developmental and testing stages by addressing the failures clearly during the test runs.
