What are the best aspects of this product?
The simplicity of the tool makes it easy to use for anyone looking to track cases and test runs in a project. You can configure it based on the needs of your projects, which adds to its simple user experience. It simplifies how to transfer data to the users with the Task Board feature. You only have to drag and drop the tickets that relate to a particular user with this feature. It empowers you to manage all tickets and issues in your project by assigning the tickets to the users for review.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The part of integration does not work well with us. Previously, we tried to connect with the Surround SCM with no success. It would be better if the tool was compatible with other applications as this would help improve its functionality. Despite all this, it has become a better addition to our projects and operations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have become better in project management and tracking problems within the projects, thanks to TestTrack. Throughout the lifecycle of the project, we can trace and track issues that arise and take action as soon as possible. It helps to increase visibility of projects to our users such that they can view the projects, tickets and issues even when they are offline.
