What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything to do with ticketing and receiving feedback from customer is taken care of by TestTrack. It allows for ease of tracing of issues that arise during the development of a project. You can also manage you time wisely by assigning those issues to specific users on the system. With such flexibility, you can manage ticketing and trace problems with ease. It helps to manage the workflow in tickets as you can assign them depending on the experience, knowledge and skills of the users, making it efficient. It creates a digital trail of how issues are coming in and who they have been assigned to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bits of things that will need improving. For example, when you have two tickets in the executable, it can be difficult to know which one to prioritize first. The system does not give you this information which can cause delays when you make the wrong decision. It would be better if the system offered a release action for the issue which should be executed or dealt with first. Also, the buttons on the system when you are viewing it from a PC or laptop with 4K resolution are not clearly visible. This means that you can close a ticket without wanting to, which will lead to data loss. The tool does not offer an option to automatically save your work and once you are logged out, your work is lost. There should be a way to salvage your work after the connection is lost or you have logged out.

TestTrack has been able to offer end to end solution when it comes fixing problems in a project. You can track a certain issue from the time you receive it to the time it is fixed. All this saves time and offers you an opportunity to manage your project in an efficient manner.
