What are the best aspects of this product?
I always have immediate access to all the information I'll ever need. I never have to go looking for a telephone number or searching through cases ever again. The little i icons that let me bring up all related information are fantastic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see the program export data to quickbooks so I can sync my firms accounts, but the internal billing system is very powerful anyway so it's not a big issue. After speaking with the team, they said this is in the works.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As above, just a tighter integration with quickbooks so I can keep my accounts in sync.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've tried them all, clio, mycase, leap etc etc and none of these systems let us get on with our work without major change to our workflow. It's clear from day one The Legal Assistant was designed by lawyers as it just fits in perfectly with how our firm works, but streamlines our processes making everything that much easier.
