PROS: I always have immediate access to all the information I'll ever need. I never have to go looking for a telephone number or searching through cases ever again. The little i icons that let me bring up all related information are fantastic.

CONS: I would like to see the program export data to quickbooks so I can sync my firms accounts, but the internal billing system is very powerful anyway so it's not a big issue. After speaking with the team, they said this is in the works.
