A great addition to my workflow.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how there are pre-set comments that I can easily choose from a dropdown box.Taking down notes through this tool has dramatically improved the way I conduct my sessions too. I’ve become more efficient in treating my patients and staying on top of my schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s supposed to be a feature that automatically translates my notes into actionable plans, but I can’t seem to set this up properly. I need to file a ticket for this soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I said, Therapy Notes has dramatically impacted my workflow for the better. Now, I can easily review the treatment history of my patients, plus jot down notes more efficiently.
