A great storage for my notes.

What are the best aspects of this product?

TherapyNotes stores an impressive timeline of our patients’ history of treatments and diagnosis. It also allows me to quickly pull up their data even when I am in a session with a patient so I can cross-check the current plan with their previous treatments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sending out invoices can be such a tedious and manual process. Although there is a billing feature in place at TherapyNotes, it does not allow us to customize it according to the state’s template. This means that we’d have to manually input each information into a state-approved billing template. Aside from this, I can’t seem to track the history of the updates that I’ve made myself. It would be nice to know just when the latest version had been created so that I can cross-reference it to my other notes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are a lot of things that TherapyNotes has helped me with. Right off the bat, I can say that this software has improved the way I conduct my note-taking and note-retrieving. There’s also a feature that allows me to record audio so that I don’t have to constantly look down to take notes.
