What are the best aspects of this product?

TherapyNotes is more than just a note-taking tool for me--it also serves as my virtual assistant so I can stay on top of my appointments and chip away at the items on my to-do list. It’s not difficult to navigate and can store an impressive amount of client data too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You’d have to maintain your calendar on the program itself too because it does not sync with any external calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s my go-to program for everything related to my work.
