What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is packed with all the things I need to conduct my research on the field of mental and behavioral health. From meeting appointments, to taking down notes, all the way to sending out invoices--this has been a truly useful tool for my craft. I find it impressive how easy to navigate this program is too. Compared to other programs, I can actually trust this software to help me make headway on my research.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that there should be more privacy and security levels in place instead of a one-step login. The nature of data that I put up on this software is classified and sensitive and I would rest more easily if I know that my account can’t be easily accessed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TherapyNotes makes it easy for me to tap into my previous notes and compare it with my recent ones. It’s been really helpful in keeping me on schedule too--even reminding me whenever an appointment is coming up. Building actionable plans through this software has been easy to do as well.
