What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use and customer service. I have had excellent service whenever I have needed help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No treatment plan drop down menus, all aspects must manually entered each time

Drop down options for treatment planning

This has eliminated the need for extra time to bill as other software has been problematic.

My Clients Plus and Simple Practice

Why did you decide to change it?

Both had issues with treatment plans and billing, customer service was great on My Client's plus and terrible on Simple Practice.
