Excellent program!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Extremely user friendly! Easy to navigate and the customer/IT support is outstanding! I’ll be using them for the duration of my practice!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I honestly haven’t ran into a problem that wasn’t immediately sorted by the developers!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’m sure as they continue to develop the site I’ll be delighted with the changes, but at the moment I have everything I need to keep excellent notes!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Electronic note taking, treatment planning, contact events, storing of private and sensitive information seems daunting. Therapy notes has made it so easy to feel secure with confidential information! Plus everything is so input, I’m saving tons of time on administrative tasks! It’s a dream come true!
