What are the best aspects of this product?

This has been an instrumental tool in our efforts to go paperless in our clinic. With TherapyNotes housing all of our comments, treatments, and patient-data, we no longer have to maintain piles and piles of paper files. We’ve significantly reduced the mess in our clinic too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s not completely reliable--there are times when the software would just crash.

We’ve eliminated the need for paper files, making our clinic a mess-free zone now.
