What are the best aspects of this product?

Digitalizing our patients’ records has never been easier. TherapyNotes has overhauled the way we operate--from making note-taking more efficient to helping us keep track of our schedule calendar. It’s also easy to annotate a patient’s session notes with supporting documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m hoping for a faster version of this app. A mobile-phone app, in particular, would be useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to consistently stay on schedule for our clients’ treatment thanks to the reminder notifications.
