What are the best aspects of this product?

This has helped me treat clients more efficiently. How? For one, it has a systematic note-taking process in place that lets me fill out the client forms more quickly. With this supporting me, I can maximize the number of patients that I see in a day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not sure if this is a missing feature or if I just haven’t found the command for this yet, but I can’t seem to retrieve the notes I have on a patient by clicking on their name on my appointment calendar. If this feature still isn’t available yet, I would be glad if they added this to the list.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The pre-set notes that TherapyNotes already has in its system has helped me treat my clients more efficiently. It used to be a difficult task--diagnosing and making treatment plans for my clients--but everything runs more smoothly now.
