What are the best aspects of this product?

TherapyNotes has been really useful to me. I trust it enough to run my operations heavily under this program. I use it to take down notes, keep track of my client data, and so much more! It’s a user-friendly program that has a lot of features to boast of.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to the benefits that this program gives, the list is endless. However, reliability is not always 100% because the program often crashes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use TherapyNotes to track the progress of our clients. In fact, we can visually see their improvement through the numbers provided by this tool. I’m excited to explore the other features that I have yet to tap into.
