What are the best aspects of this product?
Their programmers are the best. The system is intuitive and so easy to learn. Every feature is easy - running reports, reconciling ERA, submitting claims, and correcting rejected claims are so much easier.
The system has a clean clear interface - no guessing about how to enter something like insurance information or client information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Having the ability to have a group note would be great
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like a group note and have an easier way to add modifiers for claims such as intern modifiers for billing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously we had separate systems for notes and billing. Therapists were great at billing but not so great at getting their notes done. Now billing won't happen without a note! The report process is so fast and easy that it save a lot of time over our previous program. We also take credit cards and store them HIPPA compliant. That has saved us many times when clients forget their card.
