What are the best aspects of this product?

Therapy Notes gives little room for error when it comes to treating patients. It allows me to easily access the treatment history of my patients so I know the next logical step in helping them get better. Multi-tasking is not a problem when using this tool too--pulling up a patient’s data and cross-referencing it with their current treatment plan is not only possible, but easy too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think this might have more to do with my device, but I do notice that TherapyNotes requires a more robust hardware to function smoothly. The good news is that these crashes don’t happen often and I don’t lose data when it does.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped us keep track of the traffic in the clinic and has helped us send out invoices accordingly.
