What are the best aspects of this product?
We manage a considerable number of clinicians in our business and TherapyNotes has made it a lot easier for us to manage their schedules. We can easily see whose calendar is jam-packed and whose isn’t, making it easy for us to evenly distribute appointments. We can pull up their upcoming schedules on real-time, allowing us to book clients without much conflict. Consequently, payouts are easier too because we can quickly see how many appointments have been successfully conducted and such.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think it should be mandatory for our clinicians to update their calendars regularly so there’s no chance of a conflict in schedule. Also, it would be nice if we can add a section that highlights the clinician’s specialty so that we can book our clients accordingly. Right now, we have to open a different resource to double-check this information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this tool mainly to check the schedule of our clinicians and book our clients to whoever has space on their calendar.
