What are the best aspects of this product?

For some reason, in my field, it has become increasingly difficult to track the money aspect of our business. Good thing TherapyNotes links our patients’ insurance into the software so we can check if they have enough support for their treatments. I can also view their maintaining unpaid balance at a glance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This has nothing to do with the program itself, but I don’t feel comfortable in asking for payments from the patient myself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to take down notes of my patients’ progress and maintain a calendar of my appointments.
