They care about their customers. They helped me in the initial setup of my account and setup of the website. They checked up on me during the pandemic to check if I am utilizing their tools fine and if I needed changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am sometimes clueless about how to navigate the app, especially with figuring out how to utilize the social media function, but they are always ready to help.
