What are the best aspects of this product?

We recently switched to Thryv recently and it shows a lot of promise in improving our workflow. It has a lot of features that were lacking in our previous software. I am looking forward to seeing more capabilities of Thryv.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not tech savvy and on the older age group so it would help if there is extensive training available on how to use the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Definitely a step up from our previous software.
