What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the best things we appreciate is how responsive their customer service is. When you want them, they're constantly there. The system is simple to utilize. I get all the required info which importantant to comprehending the reality of today's business. While listening to your gut is sone thing, but doing so involves informing it with numbers, and that Thundertix lets you do just that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At times, changes can be seen in the program that we didn't come to expect. So that led to some disruptions. This would slightly affecs our partners in ticker-selling. It'd be nice to have some kind of notice before changes are being rolled out. Bu then again, these changes are small and aren't that difficult to understand.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One main issue seen in the Mauch Chunk Opera House is the pricing. We're downright grassroots and taking next to zero money from companies and continuing operations all comes down to how I'm capable of running a business. We're headquarted in a rural location, so it's one unique challenge. Thundertix did a splendid job addressing such issue.
