ThunderTix is a full spectrum of tools for theaters and performing arts, annual festivals, guided tours, dance recitals, live music venues, school theaters, conferences and trade shows, sporting events, not-profit events, train reservations and more. It simplifies ticketing, event creation and venue management and makes it easier to sell tickets online, manage relationships and receive payments and donations. PROS: One of the best things we appreciate is how responsive their customer service is. When you want them, they're constantly there. The system is simple to utilize. I get all the required info which importantant to comprehending the reality of today's business. While listening to your gut is sone thing, but doing so involves informing it with numbers, and that Thundertix lets you do just that.

CONS: At times, changes can be seen in the program that we didn't come to expect. So that led to some disruptions. This would slightly affecs our partners in ticker-selling. It'd be nice to have some kind of notice before changes are being rolled out. Bu then again, these changes are small and aren't that difficult to understand.

PROS: I love how it's simple to seek out tickets for any event. Other platforms have a habit of bringing you to endless and mind boggling steps just you can snag the tickets you want. On the other hand, ThunderTix makes it really simple to sniff out tickets you need for an event you want to be part in. Their system allows for easy ticket purchases with simpler processng of payment. Ticket confirmation can be printed and esily access.

CONS: I don't like the fact that I can't set prices for different seating arrangements. For example, I can't label pricing according to seats for general admission and seats instended for reserved ticket holders. This would be a big help if there was a solution to this especially when dealing with special events. We frequently have donors/sponsors who fund these events. It'd be a plus to send them to seats already reserved to them while catering to general admission seats.

PROS: Right from the very start in contacting ThunderTix over the phone, I knew right off the bat, I've got an ideal ticketing system for our choir. Each question being thrown at that time was answered with confidence. System details were broken down in terms that anyone can understand. Ticketing system limitations were broken down with honest explanations and clear ways of getting around them. I appreciate them understanding non-profits and even putting in a donation option.

CONS: The only thing I'd recommend is to find some way for a group of attendees to make a purchase on blocked seats via a code. Even if that won't come to fruition, at least it would be that awesome functionality worth thinking about. Overall, there's nothing to hate.

PROS: When making use and reseacing online ticketing systems, ThunderTix separates itself from the crowd. It's easy to use. Plus it offers flexibility in adapting to venue scenarios. It comes with data reporting and excellent tech support. Thundertix happens to be just one of very few ticketing platform that actually listens to what users have to say.

CONS: In the initial going, ThunderTix seemed like a one-stop-shop seen in other online ticketing platforms. But due to their tech support system that's more personalized, it evolved as an ideal solution that's a turn-key for consumers. It's a tool that can adapt to any business.

PROS: We've stuck by ThunderTix for more than a decade now. We've made up our mind not to go someplace else. Right from the beginiing, ThunderTix has always delivered us the best ROI. The system in itself is simple to utilize. That's for both the consumer and management side. Support has been nothing but excellent.

CONS: There's really nothing to hate with ThunderTix. Since we used it, we were highly pleased with how it does things.

PROS: I like how tickets cane be printed out and includes the name of the buyer. It's cool having the ability to directly run charges vai the program. I couldn't do that through TicketMaster for the Asheville Symphony. ThunderTix is easy to use. It's fun using it actually.

CONS: Customers frequently call since they're having difficulty making ticket orders online. And the seats that were picked happen to be "on hold." The sad part was, I couldn't do anything for the several straight minutes. The only thing I'm limited to do is taking their number and giving them a call back. Another problem is that when an interested customer wants two seats in the same rows that aren't seated side by side, I'd receive an error notification.

PROS: We went from doing things manually and handling a bunch of paperwork to Thundertix. It was smooth operation since making the switch. It actually matched the process we did before and the ticketing scheme is very similar. Our customers now appreciate the fact that tickets can be bought from the comfort of their home. Thundertix keeps a surprisingly low pricing.

CONS: We wanted to showcase our pricing range for a number of things including membership. To be a basic member, it would cost anywhere from $25 to $75. If that happened, we'd be able to sell memberships via Thundertix. Right now, we couldn't even do any of that. Allowing for pricing ranges for membership would make Thundertix even more favorable to us.
