What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how it's simple to seek out tickets for any event. Other platforms have a habit of bringing you to endless and mind boggling steps just you can snag the tickets you want. On the other hand, ThunderTix makes it really simple to sniff out tickets you need for an event you want to be part in. Their system allows for easy ticket purchases with simpler processng of payment. Ticket confirmation can be printed and esily access.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like the fact that I can't set prices for different seating arrangements. For example, I can't label pricing according to seats for general admission and seats instended for reserved ticket holders. This would be a big help if there was a solution to this especially when dealing with special events. We frequently have donors/sponsors who fund these events. It'd be a plus to send them to seats already reserved to them while catering to general admission seats.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're resolving an issue of trying to unit an older generation of attendess who drop in for classic films. But we're doing this through a modern approach in ticket purchases via the internet.
