PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how tickets cane be printed out and includes the name of the buyer. It's cool having the ability to directly run charges vai the program. I couldn't do that through TicketMaster for the Asheville Symphony. ThunderTix is easy to use. It's fun using it actually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customers frequently call since they're having difficulty making ticket orders online. And the seats that were picked happen to be "on hold." The sad part was, I couldn't do anything for the several straight minutes. The only thing I'm limited to do is taking their number and giving them a call back. Another problem is that when an interested customer wants two seats in the same rows that aren't seated side by side, I'd receive an error notification.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel it's a good idea for season ticket holder to reserve tickets for all throughout the season by simply inputting their code numbers. What's more, it's awesome to easily switch dates since we have a lot of people who do that frequently.
