What are the best aspects of this product?
We've stuck by ThunderTix for more than a decade now. We've made up our mind not to go someplace else. Right from the beginiing, ThunderTix has always delivered us the best ROI. The system in itself is simple to utilize. That's for both the consumer and management side. Support has been nothing but excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to hate with ThunderTix. Since we used it, we were highly pleased with how it does things.

We wanted to find a way for patrons to acquire tickets over the internet. We also wanted them to properly manage our tickets. ThunderTix was the overwhelming choice for doing both.
