What are the best aspects of this product?
Right from the very start in contacting ThunderTix over the phone, I knew right off the bat, I've got an ideal ticketing system for our choir. Each question being thrown at that time was answered with confidence. System details were broken down in terms that anyone can understand. Ticketing system limitations were broken down with honest explanations and clear ways of getting around them. I appreciate them understanding non-profits and even putting in a donation option.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I'd recommend is to find some way for a group of attendees to make a purchase on blocked seats via a code. Even if that won't come to fruition, at least it would be that awesome functionality worth thinking about. Overall, there's nothing to hate.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It did an awesome job of doing most of the heavy weight! What's more, volunteers won't have to worry much. No need to go back and forth with event arrangements and ticket isues.
