The program is user-friendly, clear, and structured. There are a great variety of possibilities for the layout of invoices. It is cloud-based, so anyone can enter time and expenses from any computer or phone; a desktop widget helps to enter time quickly during the workday.
Best of all is the customer service at TimeSolv. One-on-one training sessions, online videos and knowledge base, and quality phone support staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When creating invoices there are certain features that cannot be changed, even through there are a lot of possibilities for the layout.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to create more space on invoices so that most invoices can fit on one page.

Using this product, our company saves many hours of manual entry of time sheets. Reports are being created much more easily than in the past.
