Pros: Makes billing clients very easy and efficient. Also looks very professional and easy for clients to dicipher and read.

Cons: Could use better training on closing out files. Forced to navigate on my own as customer service rep did not return call to provide tutorial that was promised. On line training moves too fast and just skims surface.

Cons: Would like to see the ability to pull complete account at one time for any matter.
