What are the best aspects of this product?

I can organize my regular billing and my additional miscellaneous fees with clients in relation to my activities per workload. I can see and track my activities on a weekly or monthly basis. It is a more transparent way of billing clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hoping for more customization options—I wish we could color-code each client, and have a separate screen or folder for each client, set reminders to input the activities and work hours during the day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping on track of my activities per week and per month. Helped me a lot to monitor my pace with each activity and client. Actually helped me with dealing with deadlines.
